기존 뉴질랜드 의약 체계에서는 고령화로 거동이 불편한 환자가 많음에도,
환자가 직접 내방해 약품을 반복 처방받거나 수기 확인과 전화 문의에 의존하는
불편한 관리 흐름이 이어지고 있었습니다.In the existing New Zealand medication workflow, many aging patients had mobility challenges,
yet they still had to visit in person for repeat prescriptions or rely on manual checks and phone calls.
The result was an inconvenient care process.
AKRON은 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 약국과 환자의 의견을 꼼꼼히 확인하고, 현장 흐름에 맞춘 DX 전환을 진행했습니다.To solve this, Akron carefully gathered feedback from pharmacies and patients and delivered a DX transition matched to real field workflows.
이제 약국은 배달원을 찾아 배송을 연계할 수 있고, 환자는 직접 내방하지 않아도
의약품을 더 쉽게 받아볼 수 있습니다. 또한 약국은 수기로 관리하던 환자 재처방 업무를
효율적인 시스템 안에서 누락 없이 관리할 수 있게 되었습니다.Pharmacies can now connect with delivery drivers, and patients can receive medication more easily without visiting in person.
Pharmacies can also manage repeat prescriptions that were once handled manually inside an efficient system with fewer gaps.
